Stewards Awards

About the Award

DWA proudly introduces and supports the Stewards Award
The award is to be awards to a rider that the panel of stewards choose on the day. This award is no necessarily based on the best technical combination of the day, but be based on the following criteria;
  • All equipment and other gear check requirements are in order
  • Empathetic riding and attitude towards the horse/pony
  • A high standard of care for the horse pre and post rides
  • A polite attitude towards the stewards, other competitors and all officials
