Rule 9.25 refers to the requirements to remain NOAS accredited . You have two years to fulfill your reaccreditation requirements . Your Seminar must be at your level . Workshops are considered professional development and educational activities and make you a better Judge . Official events – You are required to judge 4 Official events at your level . Other events – You are required to judge 2 other event at any level up to your highest level e.g. Official, Associate, AHRC, Eventing . H Level Judges – you are required to judge at 4 Associate/Club events at Preliminary/Novice level-this can include Eventing dressage . The Open Rule Book Test (ORBT) will be available from approx. 1 February 2014 (to be completed by 31/3/14) and can be completed online or in a downloadable copy.
