I live in the Perth Hills and compete Medium level on a Warmblood called Geneva, owned by Adele Bayliss and Kevin Chalkin. I have ridden up to FEI Medium Tour with my pony Marblz (Trapalanada Brigadeer) who has taken me across the country. He has now retired from competition and is loving Working Equitation.
My day job is as a Subsea Engineer with Woodside working on new oil and gas projects in WA. This is my sixth year on the DWA Committee. I first became involved as the Pony Representative and the Junior & Young Rider Representative. Since then I have managed of DWA’s Social Media and Website, and became Chair in November 2021. |

I live in West Swan and have been an active part of the Dressage community in Western Australia since 1995. I currently have two horses in training, Intruder soon to compete at Advanced level and Abisha at PSG level.
I spent 2017 to 2019 travelling between Perth and The Netherlands, training and competing on my horse Diede Dieni. This was an amazing experience and certainly gave me a new perspective to competing and training dressage horses. Away from horses I’m a keen Ukulele player – and play regularly with Perth Northern Ukulele Group. This is my first time on the DWA committee, and I look forward to helping direct our sport in a positive manner for all. |

I have been involved with horses all my life. Beginning riding at the age of 8 at Horsemans Pony Club. In my adult years, I competed in a range of equestrian disciplines, including Dressage, Show Horse, Showjumping and Eventing, with some of the highlights including riding the talented Marcel around the WA eventing circuit, competing at Gawler 3 Day Event in Adelaide and competing on the Showjumper, Conclusion, who went on to compete at the LA Olympics.
My professional career has always involved the training and educating of young horses. My focus for the past few years has been the development of my 3 young Bloomfield Warmbloods, which were purchased as yearlings. They are now between 4 and 7 years old, and I get great satisfaction developing their natural talent as they mature. I look forward to this position on the committee, as I see the development and promotion of young horses as key to the future of our sport. |

I am delighted to have been elected to the Dressage WA committee by the membership for 2022 and beyond.
Dressage remains a passion for me both as a rider, owner and a judge and I enjoy encouraging others to get involved in the sport at all levels of skill and commitment. Dressage is, after all, training so I believe it has much to offer in improving our enjoyment of horses and ponies of all types and talent. With an extensive background in law and business, I remain active as a consultant in these areas as well as managing a personal investment portfolio. I hope that my experiences in these forums will be an asset to the DWA committee going forward. |

I live south of the river and train and compete my two horses, Valcartier who is currently at Advanced and BML J’Adore who is at Elementary level.
Outside of horses I work at Rio Tinto as a Procurement Manager and have recently welcomed little baby Vivienne to my family – who will hopefully be on a dressage pony soon! I’m looking forward to contributing to our dressage community in WA and giving back to the sport that has challenged me and brought me so much joy. |

I live in Gidgegannup and have been riding since I was 8 years old, starting out at pony club in Tasmania and then finding a passion for dressage after moving to Queensland as a teenager. I am currently owned by an Andalusian x Warmblood gelding called Admiral who will be competing at Elementary level this year and an OTT Thoroughbred called Arnold whose only job in life now is to go to the beach.
Professionally, I am a Chartered Accountant by trade and my day job is as a Project Lead for BHP delivering infrastructure projects in the Pilbara region. This is my first year on the DWA committee and I am very excited to be working with some amazing people and helping to provide greater opportunities for our sport in Western Australia! |
