ABOUT THE EVENTThe WA State Dressage Championships is the pinnacle event on the dressage competition calendar.
Brought to you by Equestrian Western Australia and the Dressage WA committee, the event will run over two huge days of dressage, trade stalls and entertainment. Held at the State Equestrian Centre in Brigadoon, the venue will be dancing with dressage horses and riders as they compete across a range of levels from preliminary through to FEI Grand Prix tests. The event typically has over 100 riders, 140 horses and 450 tests! In addition, it attracts a large number of rider support crews, spectators and volunteers as some of the state's best horse and rider combinations battle for the coveted state championship title of their dressage level. Rugs, garlands and rosettes will be on this year's prize table with a range of fantastic sponsors supporting the event. The "Trade Village" will be open all weekend as the central area to shop, socialise and enjoy food and refreshments. |
